Business Development Manager

?BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an?experienced?Business Development Professional to fill the role of?Market Manager?to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business in?the?Ocean, Burlington and Camden counties in the New Jersey marketplace.??This position requires a strategic thinker who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships that drive business.


?Responsibilities:



  • Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.

  • Conduct business development activities and sales calls that establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources while challenging them to think differently about their business situation.?

  • Position and solidify BAYADA as a partner to targeted accounts whereby our services are tailored to the business needs of the account.

  • Generate patient referrals to home health from various types of professional healthcare contacts within accounts: physicians, independent and assisted living facility staff, and other community resources.

  • Continually evaluate effectiveness of sales activity and adjust plan to achieve results consistently.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree.? At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care or assisted living/senior living.

  • Formal sales training.?

  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.

  • Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market.?

  • Excellent presentation skills.?

  • Proven ability to effectively plan and handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
