Account Executive - Mark Systems

Our company is growing and creating excitement with our best in class ERP products. ECi Mark Systems, headquartered in Mount Holly, NJ, develops integrated software and real-time simple, visual, social, mobile information system solutions for land developers and homebuilders. We provide the only enterprise level, fully integrated system available for homebuilders today. We seek a highly motivated "hands-on" professional to join our sales team. Responsibilities Develop new prospects through cold calling and connecting with warm marketing leads Connect with prospective homebuilder customers via phone/ or email to understand the business solutions the contacts are seeking Conduct discovery calls to uncover a MarkSystems prospective customer's business challenges Learn and understand the MarkSystems product and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective customers Gain a base understanding of the LotVue product and be able to provide a product overview Identify LotVue opportunities and work with the sales team to progress these opportunities Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and behavior aligns with Mark Systems core competencies Use Salesforce CRM to track and record sales activities to ensure sales metrics can be accurately measured Position can be located in either Mt. Holly, NJ or Fort Worth, TX or Remote for the right person. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum 3-5 year work experience. Telemarketing, inside sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth Able to travel up to 25% of the time for Trade shows, meetings, training and other onsite meetings. A Real Plus: ERP software sales experience Knowledge of land development and construction industries Prior use of Salesforce CRM 16560

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
