As a full time Accountant, you will work in administrative setting in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Prepare and post journal entries daily and monthly
Reconcile inter-company accounts
General accounting for subsidiaries
Preparation of documents for agency's budgets
Submit forms to various municipalities for taxes and compliance
Management of lease, billing and budget for agency's properties
General Accounting duties
Preparation of documents for agency audit
Prepare analysis for new property acquisitions

Requirements
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting
Accounting experience required
Non-Profit experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and Word
Must be detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General bookkeeping knowledge

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
