Hampton Behavioral Health Center & Hampton Academy is seeking a dynamic and talented Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work day shift per diem hours but may be needed for nights and weekends as well. Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center and offers the most advanced behavioral health, diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. ??Hampton Academy is a State of NJ; Dept. of Education approved private day school from?kindergarten through twelfth grade students with disabilities. Our strong academic program, which is aligned with New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards, is supported by the intensive therapeutic services students need to overcome obstacles to achievement.?


We are looking for a per diem Certified Pharmacy Technicians to work mainly day shift hours but many include some evenings and weekends.? In this position, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the technician will assist the pharmacist in all phases of the department operation including unit dose, profiling, packaging, record-keeping, stocking, billing and clerical duties The Pharmacy Technician is also responsible for maintaining inventory, charges for medications, and replacing nursing unit stock. In this position you will also deliver medications to and from the patient care areas as needed and according to schedule. You will be required to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. This role may require you to perform other related duties according to established procedures/guidelines as required.?


Position Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED required, some college class work preferred.


  • Must have a NJ Registered Pharmacy Technician certificate.


  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
