Program Coordinator - DMHAS

As a Program Coordinator, you will work within an adult partial care setting in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ. The partial care program provides adults with mental illness with the support needed to reduce or prevent hospitalization and to improve functioning in the community.
Provide clinical support and interventions to clients
Facilitate therapeutic groups with a focus on wellness and recovery
Provide advocacy, case coordination and case management
Maintain clinical records as required by Agency policies
Provide support to medical team as well as act as a liaison with clients to maintain medical appointment schedule

Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSW) in a human services field
Two (2) years of experience in mental health services
Master's Degree strongly preferred
Ability to drive an 11-person passenger van as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
