Temporary Maintenance Worker

As a Temporary Maintenance Worker, you will work based out of the general administration office in Mt. Holly, Burlington County, NJ with am emphasis on Mercer County and Northern Burlington County programs.
Responsibilities:
Perform Maintenance tasks
Submit required documentation to office personnel
Ensure timely completion of tasks
Follow up with staff and consumers when necessary
Maintain safe working conditions
Coordinate activities with supervisory staff
Supply and maintain your own basic tools
Travel to Mercer County and Northern Burlington county, and other places as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) years' experience working in the construction or home improvement industry
Basic computer skills
General management skills
Trade or vocational training
RRP qualified and OSHA training preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
