We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about cannabis and educating others on the many benefits of this great plant.
Our ideal candidate has experience in a retail or hospitality environment, is detail oriented, and has the ability to comfortably interact with a diverse array of customers and employees.
Cannabis concierges engage with customers from the time they enter the dispensary until they check out and exit.
They ensure that each customer's needs are fulfilled and that they have a unique and tailored boutique shopping experience.
Cannabis Concierges will be responsible for cultivating a safe environment for customers and fellow employees.
Job Responsibilities Engage customers and create a welcoming and tailored experience.
In-depth knowledge of all available products and strains.
Accurate customer ID and age verification.
Follow established policies applicable to the role.
Accurate data entry and record keeping in customer profiles.
Regulate the flow of customers onto the Sales Floor.
Assist with ongoing and scheduled inventory as needed.
Be proficient in using Point-of-Sale software (Treez).
Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness on the dispensary sales floor and shared spaces.
Handling of incoming phone calls, e-mails, and other inbound customer communications.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements 2
years of high-volume customer facing retail or hospitality experience.
Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required Minimum 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
Available to work during operating hours and after hours for inventory when applicable.
Computer proficiency.
Conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
May include sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
