- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Conduct cannabis and ancillary product sales, including assisting customers in selecting and providing information on different types of products - Stay up to date on the latest cannabis trends and products to effectively sell Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Knowledge of stock management and inventory control procedures - Experience in cannabis, including knowledge of different types of products and strains - Familiarity with technology Note:
